Refund policy

We want you to love Wild Gold as much as we do. 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@wildgolddrinks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued for goods that are damaged, faulty, or not as described.

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or consumed products due to food safety regulations.

  • If returning goods, they must be unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packaged for transit.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days once approved.
